LUXURY FAMILY RESIDENCE

On the scenic outskirts of Las Vegas, Nevada, Daniel Joseph Chenin has designed a breathtaking 19,370-sq-ft residence known as Palladio. This architectural masterpiece blends the art of architecture with the comforts of a family hideaway. Created for a prominent couple relocating from Southern California, this multi-year project serves as a family-centered retreat designed to house their extended family during holidays and gatherings, while offering the refined elegance of a boutique hotel.

HUDSON VALLEY

HGX Design, known for their selective projects spanning commercial, hospitality, and residential sectors, proudly presents the Hudson Valley Residence—a 7,300 sq. ft. masterpiece perched on a ridge overlooking the Catskill Mountains. Designed as a serene family retreat, this stunning residence is the centerpiece of a 35-acre property and showcases a seamless blend of modern architecture and breathtaking natural views.
