Step into Harudot, an organic oasis in Chonburi, Thailand, blending the artisanal craft of Nana Coffee Roasters with a landlord’s passion for unique plant forms. “Haru,” meaning “Spring” in Japanese, symbolizes new beginnings and growth, reflected in every aspect of its sustainable design.

Crafted by IDIN Architects, renowned for integrating nature with architecture, Harudot features sleek black gable forms contrasting with warm pine interiors. Inside, curved spaces unfold seamlessly, housing a bar, lounge, and meeting rooms that harmonize with nature.

At its heart, a baobab tree grows through the architecture into a tranquil courtyard, where natural light and rain weave through, creating a serene indoor-outdoor connection. Outside, resin seating infused with coffee grounds, rice, and leaves echoes the café’s commitment to sustainability.

Custom fonts and signage inspired by spring motifs adorn Harudot, while terrazzo floors with circular patterns evoke flower petals, adding a playful touch to its ambiance. This eco-friendly café is not just a place to enjoy coffee—it’s a testament to sustainable design and organic architecture.
